My friend was just keenly searching about this mysterious topic of the TCM or Traditional Chinese Medicine and he found some blogs and websites about this topic. He found one article on the World Wide Web particularly useful and learned much about the theory of the five principles and about the eight guiding principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine from that lucid and specific article on Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM. The web site which he referred also told him very nicely about the concepts of Qi (or energy in TCM), Yin and Yang (the two forces in TCM), and the concept of meridians and channels.
